Ziti Dinner
| The Phelps Lions Club, in
conjunction with the Phelps Boy Scout Troop 46 held a Ziti Dinner at the Phelps American Legion Post. The dinner
was to benefit the Phelps Historical Society and the Phelps Community Library.
