Members of the Phelps Lions Club,
sponsors of Phelps Boy Scout Troop 46, were on hand at the June 14th
Court of Honors Ceremony to present the troop members with a Lions
Club/Boy Scout uniform patch. On hand to make the presentation
were Lions Dan and Karen Moracco, Kim and Gary Boisseau, and Scott
Sweet.
