2004 Pasta Dinner
| The Phelps Lions Club, in
conjunction with the Phelps Boy Scout Troop 46 hold a pasta dinner at the Phelps American Legion Post. The dinner
is to benefit the Phelps Historical Society and the Phelps Community Library.
